Kylie Jenner Walks Out in $50 Million Fantasy Bra
The most expensive Fantasy Bra ever made walked the Victoria's Secret runway last night, and it was worn by the one name nobody had predicted. Kylie Jenner made a surprise debut at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, wearing a $50 million (approx. £37.6 million) creation by Jacob & Co. It is the first Fantasy Bra seen on the runway since 2018, and it is worth more than three times the previous record.
For three decades the Fantasy Bra has been the brand's crown jewel: one piece, one model, one moment. This year it came back as something closer to high jewellery than lingerie.
What is the 2026 Fantasy Bra made of?
The 2026 Fantasy Bra contains 4,410 natural diamonds with a combined weight of 1,373.39 carats. At its heart sits a 75.54-carat radiant-cut natural diamond graded Fancy Vivid yellow, the most saturated colour grade a yellow diamond can achieve. The remaining 4,409 white diamonds frame it in a range of shapes and sizes.
There is no fabric at all. The piece is built from 3,218 individually designed 18K gold components, engineered to move with the body rather than sit on it. The stones are held in a mix of prong, eagle-claw, bezel and pavé settings, and the finished piece reportedly weighs around four pounds (1.8kg).
Among the stones are Jacob & Co.'s proprietary Angel-Cut diamonds, a patented cut with 37 calibrated facets designed to throw light with every step. A team of around 15 artisans spent more than 1,000 hours bringing the piece to life.
Who designed the 2026 Fantasy Bra?
The bra was created by Jacob & Co., the New York high-jewellery and watch house founded by Jacob Arabo, a name long familiar to collectors across the Gulf. Victoria's Secret announced the partnership only days before the show. The design draws on the house's Rare Touch collection, which explores how metal and gemstones can be shaped into structures that behave almost like textile.
Arabo said he set out to make the most valuable Fantasy Bra in history, but insisted price alone was not the brief. "For me, it had to be about the diamonds, the light, and the movement," he said in a statement released by Victoria's Secret.
How does it compare with previous Fantasy Bras?
The $50 million valuation beats the previous record by roughly $35 million. That record belonged to the Red Hot Fantasy Bra worn by Gisele Bündchen in 2000, valued at $15 million.
Why was Kylie Jenner chosen?
Victoria's Secret creative director Adam Selman said reviving the Fantasy Bra was a response to audience demand, and that the brand wanted unexpected talent to wear it. Jenner, 29, the founder of Kylie Cosmetics and fashion label Khy, had never walked for the brand; her sister Kendall has walked before.
She did it with family in the front row. Kris Jenner and Timothée Chalamet were both seen cheering from their seats. Some outlets report she is the first wearer who was never a Victoria's Secret Angel, a break with tradition that tells you how much the brand has changed.
Past wearers read like a supermodel roll call: Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum, Gisele Bündchen, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel and Jasmine Tookes among them.

The show returned to Los Angeles for the first time in 19 years and streamed free on YouTube, billed as Supermodel Sunday. Katseye, Megan Thee Stallion, Megan Moroney and Tate McRae performed live on the runway.
For British viewers, the moment of the night beyond the bra was Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, back on the runway for the first time since 2010. Elsa Hosk, the last model to wear a Fantasy Bra in 2018, also returned, and Alessandra Ambrosio marked her 20th Victoria's Secret show.
