Chanel Fall-Winter 2025/26: A Playful Ode to the Maison Icons

Chanel’s Fall-Winter 2025/26 Ready-to-Wear collection is a joyful celebration of the house’s most beloved symbols reimagined with wit, scale, and unapologetic charm. Photographed by Anthony Seklaoui, the campaign stars Lulu Tenney, whose fresh-faced elegance and effortless style bring a modern softness to the  Chanel silhouettes. She floats through the imagery like a muse of the moment her presence both grounded and dreamlike, perfectly echoing the spirit of the collection.

Every piece is a tribute to Chanel’s heritage, yet nothing feels nostalgic. Bows bloom across collars and cuffs in exaggerated proportions, pearls are magnified into sculptural accessories, and tweed is layered with unexpected fluidity. A cross-body bag mimics an oversized pearl necklace, while heels are carved from single pearls turning classic motifs into wearable art.

Layering defines the season’s silhouette. A black tulle blouse and skirt float over an ecru trouser suit, creating a ghostly elegance, while a blue velvet suit mimics denim in a clever trompe-l’œil twist. Each look invites the wearer to play, to reinterpret, to indulge.

Accessories take centre stage, with maximalist rhinestones adorning oversized jewels, and a leather wallet transformed into a clutch of dramatic proportions. These are the must-haves of the season pieces that demand attention while remaining unmistakably Chanel.

What’s most striking is the collection’s sense of joy. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, yet every detail is meticulously considered. The codes are all here ribbons, pearls, two-tone palettes but they’ve been blown up, twisted, and layered in ways that feel fresh and irreverent.

This is Chanel in  playful mood, and it’s irresistible.
